These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and the purchase of goods from us. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However:

• All sizes and measurements are approximate

• Products are subject to availability

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or full refund.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices on our site are listed in GBP (£) We accept secure payments via:

• Major credit/debit cards
  

• Apple Pay, Google Pay
  

• Shopify Payments

Your card will be charged when your order is placed. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

DELIVERY

We aim to ship all orders promptly, usually within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or product launches, this may take longer.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We use trusted delivery partners (e.g. Royal Mail) and provide tracking where available.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect details, we may need to charge for redelivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your jewellery, but if you’re not completely happy, you can return your item* within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn and in original packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. See our Returns Policy for full details. 

*Please note earrings cannot be returned if you change your mind for hygiene reasons.
